A development system disguised as a lacrosse club — built in Philadelphia, competing on the national stage.
HHH National Lacrosse was founded by coaches and lacrosse parents who'd seen the limits of the regional club model. The pattern was familiar: spring season, a few weekend tournaments, end of story. Athletes got reps but not the kind of development that opens college doors.
So we built HHH differently. Year-round training. A roster small enough to coach individually. National competition through the National Lacrosse Federation — where the Boys program is a founding member and the only Pennsylvania club on the schedule.
The Girls program runs on the same principles, with the same intensity, in a part of the country that takes girls lacrosse seriously.
We're a guide, not the hero. The athletes are the heroes. Our job is to build the system — the practices, the coaching, the schedule, the exposure — so that when our athletes show up in front of a college coach, they're ready.

HHH LC is one of 6 founding members of the National Lacrosse Federation — widely regarded as the premier club lacrosse platform in the country. Through NLF events, HHH athletes compete alongside and against many of the top players and programs in North America.
We firmly believe that multi-sport athletes become better competitors, leaders, and lacrosse players. All HHH teams practice primarily on Sundays so players can continue with their township and school teams — we complement your season, we don't replace it.

Billy has a strong background at the college coaching level, having played with and against the nation's top D1 coaches. That experience translates directly into HHH's recruiting process — giving players excellent insight and guidance at every stage.
