The Coaches

Ricky Amorim is a product of the Big4 HHH program — he grew up competing for HHH before earning his spot on the Providence College Friars roster. A defensive specialist, Ricky played four seasons for PC (2021–2024), registering groundballs, caused turnovers, and faceoff reps across his career.

Before Providence, Ricky captained the lacrosse and track teams at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, finishing his career with 206 groundballs, 122 caused turnovers, and back-to-back First Team All-League honors (2018, 2019), including a Defensive MVP award.

Ricky has coached with the HHH program for four years, serving as Defensive Coordinator for the Class of 2027 team. Under his leadership, the HHH 2027 defense held opponents to just a 5.2 goals-against average over three seasons — a mark that reflects both his system and the standard of accountability he brings to every practice. He has also served as Defensive Coordinator at Germantown Academy in Pennsylvania for the past two years.

Ricky brings the full HHH experience to his coaching — he's lived the program from the youth club level through Division I competition, and he channels that perspective into building elite defenders who understand the game at the highest level.

Levi Anderson is one of the most decorated players in Saint Joseph's University history. A Calgary, Alberta native, Levi committed to SJU out of high school and went on to become the program's all-time leading scorer with 223 career points (140G, 83A) across 69 games.

A NCAA Division I All-American, Levi earned back-to-back Atlantic 10 All-Conference honors and the 2024 A-10 Tournament Most Outstanding Player award. He holds multiple SJU single-game and season records, including 8 goals in a single game and 65 points in a single season.

After college, Levi was selected in the 2023 PLL Draft and currently plays professionally for the New York Atlas (PLL) and the Saskatchewan Rush (NLL). He is also a member of Team Canada Lacrosse. Away from the pro game, he serves as Volunteer Offensive Coordinator at Germantown Academy.

At HHH, Levi is focused on preparing elite high school players for the college level — building lacrosse IQ through film and situational work, developing position-specific skills, and training pace of play with an emphasis on decision-making, standards, and accountability.

Parker Childs played attack at Bowdoin College, a nationally competitive Division III program, coming out of Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. He earned NESCAC All-Academic Team recognition and competed for the Polar Bears through the 2023 season.

Parker brings a technical offensive game and a high-IQ approach to player development. His background at one of DIII lacrosse's premier programs — combined with an emphasis on academics and character — aligns directly with the Head, Heart, Hustle philosophy HHH is built on.
